Great Shoes! I use these to teach my Cardio Classes as well as for running. The "Tongue" is a one piece design that just LOVE. The Tongue is sewn directly into the foot liner so it can never get all sideways and crooked like they tend to do. I wish all shoes had this design!!! They loosened just the right amount after the first couple of workouts and have been consistent ever since. Great heel cushioning and they are one of the few models that have an air unit in the forefoot, so they will last a long time without losing their "Cush". These have Shox in the rear and an air sole unit up front. Perfect combo for great energy return and are less mushy than the Zoom units. Overall one of the best shoes I've found and they are great looking to boot.
